This guide is divided into 2 parts:

1. How to register in Cl@ve

• Download the Cl@ve app for iPhone or Android

• Open the app. Fill out your DNI/NIE number and its expiry date. Then click Activate with SMS.

  

• You will receive an SMS with a code, input that code in the following screen:

  

• You’ll receive the following confirmation. Click Continue. If at some point the phone asks you for permission to use the fingerprint or face to authenticate, you might want to say Yes to make things more convenient.

  

• You are now registered in Cl@ve. Your app is ready to be used as authentication in many national and local institutions.

2. How to use your Cl@ve app to access services

In this example, you’ll learn how to authenticate yourself using your Cl@ve app in Orihuela’s council web to register in the Padrón.

• On your computer (or any device that is not your phone), go to https://orihuela.sedelectronica.es

• Scroll down a bit and click Estadística y Padrón.
