• Go to https://orihuela.sedelectronica.es

• Scroll down a bit and click Estadística y Padrón.

• Click Solicitud de Alta en el Padrón Municipal de Habitantes.

• After reading the mandatory documentation on this page, click Iniciar tramitación electrónica.

• Click on Acceso con sistema Cl@ve

• You can authenticate with Cl@ve or electronic certificate.

  • You can obtain your electronic certificate in SUMA (📍 location)

  • If you don’t know how to use an electronic certificate, the easiest choice is Cl@ve mobile. You use it by following this guide:

• Step 1: Identificación

  • Select who are you doing this for:
    • Yourself (first and last name).
    • Para otra persona a la que represento (somebody else I represent). In this case, fill the form that appears.
    • Click Guardar y Continuar.
